We operate in the Handy and Handy-Max segments, shipping a wide variety of commodities including cement clinker, steel scrap, fertilizers, iron ore and grain. Our special field of expertise is ice trading and the operation of ice classed bulk carriers, including vessels rated with the highest ice class, 1a. The Nordic Bulk Carriers fleet consists of up-to-date ice bulk carriers, and grew by two new Japanese panamax ships in November 2010 and February 2011.
